Condo unit had to be gutted and then rebuilt to new design and specifications as defined by designer, architect and the condominium owners.
The residential project included: walls (new, removed and moved), all new drywall ceiling, new electrical rewiring with updated electrical panel, new plumbing, new heating and air conditioning unit including new duct work, all new hardwood flooring, all new Whirlpool state-of-the-art stainless steel kitchen appliances including: stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator, and a new sink.
